Which will reduce your time to play your turn to 4 minutes or even less. In the worst case a match is not close to finish when time is there, the ref can decide to stop the game.
Official Bloodbowl Rules
We use the official rules + the document that the NAF provided for 2019. You can find both with these links.
Do not worry if you are a starting coach or doesn’t know all the teams or skills by heart. Experienced coaches and referees are there to help you out.
The tournament is resurrection style. So players are magically healed between every round. So you start every match with the same roster and skills.
There is also no team development. So do not count any Star Player Points.
Swiss pairing for matches. The first round is random and for the 2nd and 3rd round you are paired against the coach who is closest to you in the standings. You can never play the same coach twice.
You pick one of the 26 official races and may create a team with a team value of 1.100.000.
You can spend your money on players, rerolls, fan factor and coaching staff (babes, coaches, apo).
Star players and other Inducements are not allowed. Except for bribes for goblins (50k each) and the Master Chef for Halfling Teams (100k)
Teams are divided into 4 Tiers. Depending on what team you pick you can allocate skills to your players. There are fixed skills (for the whole tournament) and there are random skills (just for one match, when you know your opponent).
TIER 1: Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, Lizardman, Norse, Orc, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elf
TIER 2: Bretonnians, Chaos, Chaos Pact, Elf, High Elf, Human, Khemri, Necromantic,
TIER 3: Underworld, Vampire, Khorne, Nurgle, Slann
TIER 4: Halfling, Goblin, Ogre
Fixed skills (for the whole tournament)
Tier 1= 4 normal skills
Tier 2= 4 normal skills and 1 double skill (skill as if you would have rolled a double)
Tier 3= 5 normal skills and 1 double skill
Tier 4= 6 normal skills and 2 double skills
Random skills (just for one match, roll and decide in front of your opponent)
Tier 1 = 1 normal skill. Choose three players who didn’t receive a skill yet and roll a die to decide which player gets the random skill
Tier 2= 1 normal skill. Choose three players. One of them can be a skilled player. Roll a die to decide which player gets the skill. If you roll the skilled player, you can stack your skills.
Tier 3= 2 normal skills. Choose three players. Two of them can be skilled players. Roll a die to decide which two players get an extra skill. If you roll a skilled player, you can stack your skills
Tier 4= 2 normal skills. Choose three players. All of them can be skilled players. Roll a die to decide which two players get an extra skill. If you roll a skilled player, you can stack your skills

2 points for a draw
1 point for a small loss (with a difference of 1 touchdown)

Bloodbowl is fun!
Please remind that this is a friendly tournament. Any unsportmanshiplike behavior will not be tolerated. Referees can decide to ban you from the match or even the tournament.
There is no illegal procedure rule but be aware of some common mistakes. Count your players on the field, turn players around who have finished their action, sort out with your opponent at the beginning of the match when you reroll a “cocked die”…
Any rules-question you can’t sort out with your opponent will be sorted out by the referees. Their decision is final. Referees can not be bribed with money, beer or lapdances.
Once again, the bloodbowl community is very welcoming for rookies. If you know the basic rules, you can play. Other coaches are very willing to help you with rules and tactics
What to bring?
Your team, a field, dices, two copies of your roster with the extra skills clearly noted.
€15 entrance fee: Including a wake-up coffee in the morning
You don't have to bring your own food, there is a cafetaria with snacks and drinks.
